Exceptional service provided with smiles. The pool area was lovely too. Location adjacent to restaurants, bars, shops and the BTS Sky-Train, active night life and MRT train station and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also, near the center.

stayed at a hotel in Bangkok, but Shama exceeded expectations. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, convenient location. Rooftop pool and gym were great additions. Loved the stay.
Iron board didn't work.

The staff were very friendly, the room facilities were great, with kitchen, washer/dryer, flat screen tv and dvd players, Ipod docs and other home comforts like hairdryers. It was nice to have my room cleaned every day!
However the breakfast included was not great, mainly suited to Muslim and Asians. The childrens play room was not very exciting, and I would not call this a children's hotel, as it was fairly limiting in things to do.

Excellent apartment , great location and the most courteous staff I have ever come across. Well maintained apartment with all facilities .
Parents with young children should be careful as they charge heavily in case any problem arises with their belongings ,my 10 year old spilled some chocolate milk on the bed and they charged 2500 Thai baths . Breakfast is very poor if you compare it to Thai standards. No tv in childrens' room .

Attentive, hospitable, helpful always smiling staff had made my long stay at the hotel seamless and enjoyable adding to the comfort of spacious apartments full of all necessary appliances. The location is prime with the level of privacy and serenity the hotel provide in the middle of a very busy and loud tourist area.
